Be Encouraged in Trouble Times

1 Samuel 30:6  – And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.

We all face challenges but in the midst of them you must learn to encourage yourself in the Lord your GOD!!  ALWAYS remember that God is LOVE and He loves you!

When things in our lives appear to get dark – God who is love gives us light.  When our world seems to be cold – God who is love overwhelms us with His warmth.  To a dying world – God who is love gave His life through His Son.  When we lack confidence and need encouragement – God who is love abundantly supports us with His unfailing courage!

Jerome Spriggs graduated from Liberty High School located in Fauquier County, Virginia in 1997. His career path was not typical. He immediately attended Northern Virginia Community College in the fall fulltime while working part time for U.P.S. After dropping out of college short of graduation, and bouncing around from parcel handling to high speed internet customer service, he received an AA in “Applied Science” in 2002.
